Toys for Tots Registration

What to bring:

WV identification for person applying
Social Security Card for everyone in the home
Birth Certificate for children requesting gifts
Proof of income and proof of benefits from DHHR for everyone in the house for last 30 days.

Wednesday, Nov 7	2pm – 4pm	Paw Paw Library
